Once the document is being created by Kyloe AwesomeDocs you will see the following pop-up:

Depending on the amount of data being retrieved from Bullhorn, your document may take several seconds to generate. Once your document is ready, you will see the following:

  1. Clicking this Preview button will open Microsoft Word.

NOTE: You may be asked to allow pop-ups the first time you preview a document. This permission is required to trigger the opening of Microsoft Word.

  2. The three buttons here determine the Windows file type of the document, when saved. The default is Microsoft Word (.docx) but PDF can be selected instead. The third option will save two copies of the generated document; both as Word and PDF.

  3. Clicking the Save to the Bullhorn entity button will save the generated document, along with any changes you have made, to the Bullhorn locations listed below.

  4. Clicking the Email from Bullhorn button will save the generated document to the Bullhorn entity and then open the Bullhorn emailer, with the document(s) attached. The document(s) saved and attached are determined by the Windows file type selector (2).

  5. Clicking either the Cancel button or the X icon in the top-right corner will close this window. Once closed, the temporary document is deleted. Generating the same template again will use the latest Bullhorn information and not contain any of your previous changes.

Once Word is open, you can view/edit the document as desired. Click the save icon in the top-left of Word to save any changes back to Kyloe AwesomeDocs. Do not save the Word document locally as this will detach it from Kyloe AwesomeDocs. You can click the Preview button as many times as you like to make revisions to the working document.
