DupliKit allows you to automatically merge your duplicate records based on different criteria available in this section, so you don't need to manually click merge records. By default, these settings are set to 'Off'.
This option should only be used when you have confirmed that DupliKit settings are tailored to the needs of your database and are accurately showing only duplicates. Kyloe recommends checking duplicates manually, before automating the process using this option.
Enabled Entities:Similar to the DupliKit main page, here you can select which entity/entities you want to merge automatically at selected day and time.
NOTE: If you select two or more entities, the scheduling options selected in 2, 3 and 4 would apply to all entities equally.
Days scheduled:Select the day/days to schedule merging process.
Perform merges at:Select the time you want the merge to happen, between 5 UTC and 23 UTC.
NOTE: DupliKit re-syncs your database every day between midnight and 4 UTC. While doing this DupliKit can't perform any merges.
Batch Size: Select the desired batch size from the following options:
10
100
250 – recommended max
1,000
NOTE: Kyloe recommend setting the Batch size to no more than 250 merges. This is based on the time it might take to do the merges. I.e. a higher number might push the merge time into the overnight sync when no merging is set to take place
Maximum scheduled duplicates:Enter the maximum number of duplicates for each master that should be automatically merged. If a master has more duplicates than entered here it will ignore this master and move to the next.
