Once you have created a new template the bottom-half of the Workflow builder will populate.

As you add more configurations and templates the top section of the builder will allow you to switch between them. Simply click a config to display the related templates. Clicking a template will display the details in the bottom section.

  1. This is the title of the template. This can be edited at any time, but we recommend that you retain 'Candidate' or 'Client' in the title somewhere (as appropriate).

  2. The email subject can contain both fixed text as well as some Bullhorn information.

  3. This source button toggles the email body between the plain text view and an HTML view. This is important as there are some aspects of Workflow templates that require specific HTML content. See .

  4. The email body can contain as much information as you want. It can also include Bullhorn information based on appropriate .

  5. This is where the contents of any SMS message can be added. Both fixed text and Bullhorn information can be used. Calling code stores any specific prefix that is required for this template. Source number can be optionally populated and will be the number the recipient will appear to receive the SMS from.

NOTE: SMS messaging requires additional setup during your implementation. Ensure this has taken place before attempting to send SMS notifications.

  6. By default all templates are available to all users who have access to Kyloe Workflow from within Bullhorn. However, it is possible to restrict individual templates by private label, department or user type. These are inclusive settings and if both a private label and a department are selected a user would have to be assigned both in order to access the template. Checking the private checkbox will hide this template from all Workflow users.

NOTE: These settings only apply to the individual template and not to the configuration as a whole.

  7. Clicking this button will delete the currently-displayed template. This is irreversible and will only delete the template, not the configuration. Occasionally the page will require refreshing to see the change.

  8. Clicking this button saves any changes to the template. Leaving the page or navigating to a different template without clicking this button will lose any pending changes.
